Paris Michelin Two-Star Restaurant Jean-François Piège 🌟🌟✨

By a stroke of luck, I visited a Michelin two-star restaurant in Paris with friends, Le Grand Restaurant - Jean-François Piège, for dinner and would like to share my personal dining experience. 🍽️🥂They only offer set menus, no à la carte options. The cheapest set menu is 268 euros, and everyone at the table must order the same set. There's a vegetarian set for 366 euros, a signature set for 466 euros, and wine pairing options starting at 169 euros. All sets exclude beverages. In comparison to other Michelin two-star restaurants in Paris, their prices are on the higher end, almost rivaling the prices of three-star restaurants. 🍽️🥂The restaurant is small and can only accommodate about 20 people; The lighting is dim, with a soft, candlelight ambiance, and the tableware is characteristic + fun, not suitable for those who want to take photos of opulent, exquisitely arranged dishes; 🍽️🥂The menu is themed around "traveling around France," with each dish centered around a French region, using only ingredients from that region for cooking; The portion sizes are small, and the flavors are generally light, with the appetizers being a bit salty and the main courses being lighter, not suitable for those who prefer strong flavors, but more suitable for those who like mild flavors, sweet tastes, and prefer the natural flavors of the food; They have an open kitchen to the left as you enter, and you pass by the kitchen before reaching the dining area.
