You don’t have to worry about the edges burning. This newly popular BBQ buffet in Paris also offers à la carte options if you’re not that hungry. Oh, and they’re a renovated old establishment. The renovation made the place much bigger, but they removed my favorite stone pot fish!🥹 It was so delicious, but it’s no longer available after the renovation. What We Ordered: Two Plates of Meat: Sauerkraut pork and marinated chicken thighs (the kind you eat wrapped in lettuce🥬 and garlic🧄) – absolutely loved it!🥰 Stir-Fries: Sweet and sour pork (crispy on the outside and very fragrant, like freshly fried, not reheated) and home-style tofu. Cold Dish: The shredded potatoes that you have to eat within 40 seconds of them being prepared.
