🌸 Paris Suburb Sceaux Park is Absolutely Gorgeous! 🌸
🌸 Sceaux Park, located in the southern suburbs of Paris, is easily accessible by the RER B train. The park was designed by André Le Notre, the most famous landscape architect of 17th century France, and is considered a jewel of French classical gardens. 🌸 Originally belonging to the Count of Gesvres, the Finance Minister of Louis XIV, Sceaux Park was later taken over by Louis XIV's son and has since been a venue for royal gatherings and entertainment. 🌸 I love coming in spring because Sceaux Park boasts the largest cherry blossom forest in the Greater Paris area, and every year from late March to early May, they host Hanami, a traditional Japanese cherry blossom viewing festival. Enjoying the cherry blossoms under the blue sky and white clouds is simply wonderful ☺️ 🌸 The park features gardens, canals, fountains, ponds, and flower beds... It's like the sister garden of Versailles. There are also four fun children's play areas, making it another great choice for parents looking for a place to take their kids. 🌸 This year's cherry blossom season lasts until April 30th, so don't miss out! #ParisGuide #ParisCheckIn #ParisFunAndFood #ParisInternetFamousSpot #Paris #ParisDaily #GreatPlaceForKids
