I’ve found my life-changing restaurant in Paris! 😌 📍 JJ Beaumarchais One major highlight is their "mystery box" dining experience! You only have two choices: a 4-course or 5-course meal. Before you start, they’ll ask if you have any allergies or foods you don’t eat, and they’ll adjust the dishes on the spot. If you don’t like something, they’ll even swap it out for you, so no worries at all! The food pairings are very thoughtful, with lots of creativity. If you’re in a rush, be sure to allow enough time! 🍾 Drinks: My friend ordered a red wine that he said had a Michelin vibe. I, on the other hand, had a rhubarb-based drink that was surprisingly refreshing and appetizing. Although it's not a Michelin restaurant (my friend and I both felt that the price wouldn't be the same if it were in a different location or setting), the flavors are anything but lacking.
