The fourth dish was grilled beef tongue skewers. The beef tongue was thinly sliced and skewered like Turkish kebabs, then charcoal-grilled. ππΈ The combination of crispy outside and tender inside, along with pickles, fried garlic, and cream mustard sauce, not only cut the richness but also left a refreshing taste. However, the skewers were poorly made. When I picked them up, the meat spun around the stick, and the sauce spilled everywhere. πΈ I suggested on the spot that they should use two sticks for the skewers. The fifth dish was grilled Sendai wagyu beef. Sendai beef is just as good as Kobe beef. The fillet, cooked to medium-rare, melts in your mouth. The brown side dish turned out to be garlic puree, which I thought was mashed potatoes and was puzzled for a long time. Delicious! π The sixth dish was grilled Australian black-haired wagyu beef. The Australian black-haired wagyu beef, marinated in olive oil and fragrant herbs, was served with a sweet corn puree. π The beef was tough and had a lot of sinew, which was really a letdown. The corn sauce was quite flavorful, but unfortunately, the quality of the beef was too poor! #Tokyo
