Because the chef tirelessly redesigns the entire menu every single month—something unprecedented and unmatched—while maintaining incredible quality and unbelievably affordable prices. This is, without a doubt, the best place in the U.S. to experience French cuisine. It’s not just a restaurant—it’s a national treasure. 🥖🇫🇷 This review covers the menu from August 22 to September 18—highly recommended, especially for Labor Day travelers! 🎒🗓️ Summary: The September menu was delicious. The flavors were stunning. A true American gem. 💎 Highlights: (1)Appetizer 1: Beetroot and goat cheese blended perfectly, elevated by two forms of sweet vinegar. Even got my kid to love veggies—and added some calcium! 🥗🧀 (2)Appetizer 2: A masterpiece! Stuffed lobster cake mixed with meat and Mexican-inspired sauces—a brilliant fusion showing French cuisine at its world-class best. 🦞🌎 (3)Appetizer 3: Octopus cooked to a new level—tender, bouncy, with deep, layered flavors. A testament to skill. Just tried the octopus at three-Michelin-starred Le Bernardin—this blew it out of the water! 🐙⚡ (4)Foie Gras: Taken to another dimension again.
