Partage in Las Vegas – A Shining Star of American French Cuisine! 🌟
They change their menu every month – affordable, generous portions, and absolutely delicious! The pride of Vegas, the gem of American dining, Partage is back in the spotlight! ✨ This time, we actually couldn’t get a reservation during the first week of the new menu – did our own hype backfire? 😂 Had to wait all the way until the second week! Didn’t get to try Partage's new menu on day one – missed it. Day two – missed it even more. Day three – couldn’t stop thinking about it! And finally… we made it! 🥳 This is the menu from September 19 to October 16, and it’s absolutely incredible. It features a super rare ingredient – sweetbreads (thymus) – which is almost impossible to find in the U.S. Highly, highly recommend trying it! 🧠👨🍳 Summary: The October menu is delicious. The flavors are stunning. A true American gem. And it has sweetbreads! 💥 Highlights: (1)The amuse-bouche has been upgraded to what used to be a chef’s special – are they trying to wow us right from the first bite? 😮🍤 (2)Starter 1: Oysters three ways. Oh. My. Goodness. The fried oyster was perfect – crispy outside, tender inside, paired with a complex sauce. They even made a "spicy" sauce – and the heat hits just the right spot on your tongue! Then, a lemon sorbet that elevates the oyster’s freshness – an explosive burst of flavor! And the grilled oyster with cheese? Rich, savory, incredibly satisfying. 🦪🔥 (3)Starter 2: Scallops served with various apple variations – so creative and perfectly executed! The scallops alone are sweet and rich, but paired with the apple base, the flavor goes to another level. The accompanying vegetables also complement the apple beautifully. 🍎🐚 (4)Starter 3: Mind-blowing! Sweetbreads! A classic French delicacy – never seen it in the U.S., and it was my first time trying it. The aroma is intense, the flavor bursts in your mouth! The texture is unique – like liver but smoother, more delicate, incredibly silky. No odd tastes, just pure, rich deliciousness. Served with ravioli and a crisp pastry – layers upon layers of flavor and texture! 🥟💫 (5)Foie Gras: Stunning. It’s always been amazing here, but this time it’s served like a pizza! With plums, flambéed bourbon, and possibly shallots – the foie gras melts into the "pizza," creating a perfect fusion of flavors. Unforgettable! 🦢🍕 (6)Fish Course: Halibut – a fish we usually avoid ordering out, because it’s often mediocre. But here? They’ve taken it to another galaxy! Tender, delicate, full of flavor. Paired with an incredible squid ink sauce and spinach puree – it’s out of this world! Even the spinach on the side made us rethink what spinach can be – so flavorful! 🐟🌌 (7)New Chef’s Special: Chicken Cordon Bleu – absolutely explosive! The sauce circulates deliciously in your mouth, the chicken is incredibly tender, the cheese is impactful, and the crust is crispy. A four-wave flavor attack! 🍗💥 (8)Main Meat Course: Extremely tender, rich beef with sauce, bacon, and cheese. Served with an intensely carrot-forward puree and a parsley cake – so many complex flavors, incredibly delicious! 🥩🥕 I’m running out of space – but wow, what a meal! 🤤 Have you been to Partage?
