After a 50-minute subway ride, I couldn't resist trying something else too! 🚇 🍵✨ Apple Blue Cheese Cake 🍎 Super incredibly delicate and delicious! The apple has a caramel honey flavor, layered with a smooth blue cheese cake. The initial balance of sweet and savory is just perfect. The cheese base and buttery cookie crust don't disappoint. 🍵✨ This seasonal treat is exceptionally well-handled... much better than some I've had in Shinshu, the apple-producing region. 🍏 Strawberry Cream Daifuku 🍓 It features super delicate strawberry jam with just the right amount of sweetness and a bright, fresh acidity — truly fresh strawberry jam! 🍵✨ The daifuku is moist, chewy, and has a nice pull, with a certain thickness but incredibly light.
