Pho Thanh: A Vietnamese Eatery Worth a Special Trip

✅This unassuming little restaurant turned out to be a delightful surprise. As visitors from Fort Worth, we never expected to find such authentic Vietnamese cuisine here in Bentonville. ✅The signature pho stood out with its exceptionally flavorful broth—clear yet rich, clearly slow-simmered with beef bones. 📷The rice noodles were smooth and tender, while the beef slices were paper-thin and cooked perfectly in the hot soup. 📷The spring rolls were equally impressive, with thin wrappers generously filled with fresh shrimp and pork, perfectly complemented by a specially crafted fish sauce dip. The dumplings were also distinctive and delicious. 🥙The service was efficient, and our food arrived quickly. The portions were substantial—the three dishes we ordered were more than enough for two people. 😋 At around $15 per person, the price was very reasonable, which explains why the place was packed during lunch hours. 😋The only downside is the limited parking.
