Phoenix Thai Dining at Lom Wong: A Missed Opportunity 🥲
🌟Lom Wong 218 E Portland St, Phoenix, AZ 85004 I had my eye on four or five Thai restaurants in Phoenix, but after some careful comparison, I finally settled on Lom Wong. The food was good, but it didn't blow me away as I had hoped. Maybe I've been spoiled by the amazing Thai food in Philadelphia and New York, or maybe I just didn't order enough dishes! 😂 🍲BOO PAD PONG GAREE $38 Crab curry with rice – a solid choice that hits the spot. It's a safe bet for anyone looking for a comforting meal. 🥢 🍝TOM YUM HAENG SEN YAI $32 I tried squid Pad Thai with a Tom Yum twist for the first time, and it was delicious! The portion was on the smaller side, but it's definitely worth trying if you're new to the place. 🦑 🥤THAI ICED TEA $7 A classic Thai iced tea – just what you'd expect, and it did its job perfectly. 🍃 🍮The crème brûlée was supposed to come with two flavors, but they only had one left that night. They didn't charge us for it, which was nice. It had a hint of ginger and wasn't overly sweet – a pleasant surprise! 🥧 #WeekendEats #Phoenix #PhoenixFoodie #PhoenixEats #PhoenixAdventures #CityFlavors #PhoenixLife #StreetFood #EveryRoadLeadsToGoodFood #PhoenixCuisine #HotMeals #AuthenticTravelFood #ThankYouForThisMeal #GlobalFoodReview #RecommendLocalEats #Arizona #PhoenixRestaurant #PhoenixThai #ThaiFood
