If you’re not staying overnight in Picton and continuing straight to Wellington by ferry, you can send your luggage directly to Wellington! 🎉 This means you can explore Picton hassle-free before boarding the ferry—whether it’s a quick stroll around town or a short hike. 🚶‍♂️🌿 After arriving in Picton: ✔ If you have checked luggage, head to the ferry terminal to check in first, then wander around or grab a bite. ✔ If you prefer to relax, the ferry terminal has free Wi-Fi, complimentary coffee ☕, comfy seating 🛋️, charging stations 🔌, and a drinking water dispenser 💧. Food options nearby: Subway right by the train station (great for takeaway to eat on the ferry).
