Pittsburgh's Delicious Caribbean Cuisine: Kaya
The seafood rice and coconut shrimp casserole are both outstanding. With one bite, I found myself wondering if I was really in Pittsburgh—how could there be such a delicious Caribbean restaurant here? 😭😭😭 Shrimp Pelau, with a rich yet natural coconut milk aroma! It sounds a bit heavy, but it's not at all! Very refreshing, highly recommended: 🌟🌟 Tropical Paella, probably the signature dish 💖 A tomato-flavored seafood rice dish, incredibly fresh and fragrant, with a super rich layer of flavors, highly recommended: 🌟🌟🌟 Fish Taco, a refreshing green sauce with crispy fried fish wrapped in a soft tortilla, and a squeeze of a small wedge of 🍋🟩, truly a feast for the taste buds, highly recommended: 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Steak Taco, the red, enticing, rich meat juices combined with the charred and tender steak chunks, topped with fresh diced vegetables 🤌🤌🤌, highly recommended: 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Conch Fritters, very fragrant seafood fritters, tasty but not as astonishing as the others, a bit oily for my personal taste, recommended: 🌟🌟 When my friends and I don't know where to eat, we always choose Kaya as our first option. However, the restaurant is always bustling during meal times. Today, we managed to avoid the peak hours and finally got to eat there after a long time. The menu is generally the same as before. This time, we tried the Mussels, which were very fresh, and I would recommend them. The air conditioning inside was very sufficient, so we didn't have to worry about being hot. To top it off, a refreshing salsa made the overall experience great. #USA #RestaurantRecommendations #AtmosphereRestaurants #ThaiFood #Pittsburgh #PittsburghFood #CaribbeanRestaurant
