Pittsburgh's Piccolo Pizza is Fragrant and Delicious!

⭐️It's said that this is a limited-time pizza, so everyone should hurry up and try it! Piccolo Forno is truly a very famous Italian pizza place in Pittsburgh, competing with Mercurio's, and it's always packed with people walking in, making it almost impossible to get a table without a reservation. We almost ordered one of every type of dish on the menu! 🥶 Cold Appetizers Various cheeses and sausages, one of the goat cheeses had a distinctive smell but was surprisingly addictive; some local farm cheeses or sausages, they have a new truffle-infused salami that's very tasty, with a slight truffle flavor, and another one with pomegranate that seemed to be our favorite. The cold appetizer plate almost filled us up. ⭐️Appetizer: Roasted Brussels Sprouts Haha, I can't even remember the Chinese name for this vegetable, but they were deliciously roasted and served with mashed potatoes, carrots, and the finishing touch was pistachios! ⭐️Soup: Butter Squash Cream Soup It's a combination of butternut squash and pistachios! Sweet and creamy, it's very tasty and keeps you warm with the cold appetizers. 🍕 Pizzas: Speck & Mascapone A generous amount of mascapone and prosciutto! The most flavorful part of the pizza is the cheese and ham; other parts taste rather plain. If you want to enhance the flavor, spread the cheese yourself. Almost every table orders this. Truffle Ham Pizza It's their signature pizza and seems to always be available. With truffle and other mushrooms, this pizza is quite delicious and flavorful, offering a rich taste experience!
