Pittsburgh 💛 Swipe Right for the Best Basque Cheesecake!

Just revisited this charming little bar for their Sunday Brunch — and it was even better than I remembered! They offer amazing toast, focaccia, and an expanded dessert menu (way more choices than last time!). Last time I had the pear tart — but this time, I couldn’t resist trying the Basque cheesecake… and oh my, it did NOT disappoint! The texture was perfect — caramelized on top with a subtle bitter note that balanced the rich, creamy cheese underneath. Served at room temperature, so each bite melts smoothly — no unpleasant chill. I also took home their sourdough and focaccia — perfect for sandwiches and breakfast tomorrow 🥪✨ As I mentioned before, the bar owner is super sweet 💛 Sunday Brunch is run by her boyfriend — a published baking author and award-winning pastry chef with experience in European competitions. They use high-quality ingredients and it shows! Definitely worth a revisit — I’ll be back again soon. 📍 Tina’s ⏰ Sunday 10 AM - 2 PM 🅿️ Street parking is easy | Try to arrive before 1 PM — things sell out fast! Wishing you all a lovely weekend!
