If it's your first time, I recommend trying their hotcake set upgraded to a specialty hotcake and adding a corned beef hash to taste all their specialties.💐 The so-called hotcake is a type of pancake, but it's very fluffy in texture rather than dense. The slightly burnt edges are particularly delicious 😋. The pancakes themselves have a slight saltiness, but the fillings are sweet. I remember I had a strawberry filling, which included plenty of strawberry slices + sour cream + brown sugar, and the topping was whipped cream, so the overall taste is very rich.
