Pittsburgh Food Adventure šŸ– Every Bite is Rich, Juicy & Pure Bliss~

Spanish cuisine will always have my heart šŸ’– I’m sure many of you have already been to this spot— but here’s my detailed take on must-order dishes! Surryano Ham šŸ– Their own 400-day cured Spanish ham— more smoky than prosciutto, less salty, perfect on its own! The almonds on the side add great texture šŸ’Æ Oxtail Montadito My absolute FAVE!! Melted cheese is just chef’s kiss šŸ§€ļø Succulent oxtail, served hot and packed with flavor— one bite and I’m hooked. I could finish a whole plate by myself! Pulpo šŸ™ As a octopus lover, I had to order this~ Tender octopus tentacles on a smooth potato purĆ©e, finished with smoky paprika—so good! Gambas en Escabeche šŸ¤ Such a fun tapas! The shrimp were fresh and bouncy, topped with a zesty escabeche marinade. So refreshing~ Oyster Mushroom w/ Egg Yolk Umami-packed mushrooms + runny egg yolk = perfection~~ I’d not just finish the baguette slices—I could devour two bowls of rice with this! Salt Roasted Sweet Potatoes šŸ  Sweet and salty roasted sweet potatoes—soft and melt-in-your-mouth! Served on herbed tahini sauce and drizzled with harissa-infused honey— a hint of spice that’s simply divine šŸ‘Œ Trout with Fried Artichokes & Salsa Verde 🟢 This whole grilled trout stunned my friend and me… We knew it was a large plate, but not this large šŸ˜‚ The fish was delicious—we took half home! The fried artichokes were a surprise hit—crispy and paired perfectly with the tangy salsa verde. šŸ¹ Gin Tonic & Sangria Rosada My first time trying rosĆ© sangria—fruity but not sweet, so refreshing! The gin tonic was made with citrus tonic + gin—perfect for spring and summer~ šŸ‡ŖšŸ‡ø Morcilla šŸ“ 3519 Butler St I reserved in advance—bookings are competitive! You can try walking in, but you’ll likely get bar seats. Street parking nearby is pretty convenient. That’s all for today~ Wishing everyone a awesome weekend!
