Pittsburgh Food Find 🇮🇹 Just Discovered Another Hidden Gem 🍋
Evening sunlight was still glowing — every photo turned out beautiful! We ordered two appetizers to share and two mains — left completely satisfied (and too full for dessert… next time!) 🍞 Baccala Montecato Salted cod spread, whipped to a fluffy texture, served on crispy focaccia. Topped with lemon aioli and salsa verde — so bright and refreshing! The fish is salty on its own, but perfect when spread on bread. So yummy! 🍣 Dill Cured Salmon House-cured salmon — incredibly rich and buttery. Garnished with olives and radishes for extra crunch and flavor. Loved it! 🐟 Walleye Wasn’t expecting to find this fish in Pittsburgh — it’s pretty rare! Had it before in Florida — delicate, flaky, and delicious. Served with pickled cabbage (almost like a mild kimchi 😋) and a fennel salad on top. Light and perfect with fish! 🍋 Lemon Ricotta Ravioli Ravioli infused with lemon, filled with creamy ricotta, and finished with a snowfall of Parmesan 🧀 My friend doesn’t eat much cheese and found it a bit rich, but I loved it — cheesy yet bright! Accompanied by grilled mushrooms, cauliflower, and asparagus. Fresh and flavorful! Overall, a light yet deeply satisfying meal! Their menu changes regularly — focused on fresh, seasonal ingredients. The restaurant is small but cozy, with a rustic European vibe 🍴 Great for a girls' night out or a cute date! And don’t forget to take some golden hour photos outside after your meal 📸 🇮🇹 LeVia Trattoria 📍 5336 Butler St, Pittsburgh 🅿️ Street parking available | Open Wed–Sat for dinner only (check hours!) | Reservations recommended Wishing everyone a lovely weekend!
