Pittsburgh Restaurant | Grand Concourse

A riverside restaurant transformed from an old train station, with great ambiance and service. On a sunny day, sitting by the river is really comfortable. However, the cost-performance ratio is not high, as two people dined for over $200. 🍸 For the pre-meal drinks, we ordered pomegranate martini and blood orange & sage (mocktail). The former was really delicious, with a great blend of fruit and alcohol flavors! The latter had a strong ginger taste, which was not to my liking if you're not a fan of ginger. 🍸 Calamari Fritto Misto, a classic fried squid dish that can't go wrong, with a sweet sauce. 🍸 Filet Mignon Oven Roasted Lobster Tail, the filet was cooked to a great doneness, which was unexpected because many restaurants tend to overcook it! The lobster was average and a bit pricey. 🍸 Pomegranate Glazed Lamb Chops with scallops, the doneness was well-controlled, the lamb chops were a bit bland but you can add your own salt, and the accompanying roasted potatoes were super fragrant. The view is indeed beautiful, and the waiting staff, an elderly gentleman, was very funny and polite. However, considering the dishes, it felt a bit expensive... #Pittsburgh #PittsburghFood #PittsburghShopExploration #PittsburghLife #WhatToDoInPittsburgh
