👀 Pittsburgh Review | Good Food…But When’s the Menu Update? 😅

Third visit in three years—still consistent, but starting to feel a little repetitive. (Wrote about it before in my food guide~) ✨ Chicken Liver Mousse As a loyal chicken liver pâté lover, I’ve ordered this every time—it’s still a standout! Light, mousse-like texture, served with crispy crackers instead of bread. Fun to break apart and dip! 🥗 Asparagus, Prosciutto, Egg Salad New(ish) item. Refreshing but not memorable—just okay. 🍖 Pork Shoulder with Plum + Sweet Pea Super tender, almost melt-in-your-mouth. The sour-sweet plum sauce cuts the richness perfectly. Sweet peas add a nice texture. Recommended! 🐟 Roasted Swordfish with Gnocchi + Mussels A thick fish steak—a bit salty on its own. Served with a smoky saffron-citrus sauce. The mini gnocchi and mussels were tasty though. 🍦 Bergamot Vanilla Ice Cream with Bee Pollen Unique combo! Earl grey-like fragrance with a hint of cardamom. Rich and layered—worth trying. (Other desserts: Popcorn caramel panna cotta 🍿️= salty-sweet win! Lavender pound cake 🍍= huge portion, can be overwhelming.) 🍹 Cocktails are light and pretty—more looks than strength 😂 👀 Not too busy—walk-ins are usually fine. Overall: Reliable American fusion, no major flops, but only a few dishes truly shine. Might not return unless the menu gets refreshed. 📅 Pro tip: They participate in Restaurant Week—3-course fixe menu is great value! Summer edition is usually in August. ✨ Station 📍 4744 Liberty Ave, Pittsburgh 🅿️ Street parking is easy Happy weekend, everyone!
