Plog | Day 2️⃣ 🛳️ Costa Smeralda in Cagliari

Our cruise's first stop was Cagliari, the capital of Sardinia, Italy 🇮🇹. We spent most of our time wandering through the Castello district, the city's charming old town. Though small (just 3 hours to explore), it had its own quiet magic. 🐘 Elephant Everywhere! The streets were dotted with elephant symbols, inspired by the iconic Torre dell'Elefante (Elephant Tower)—a medieval defense tower built by the Pisans. History whispers through these ancient stones. ☀️ Perfect Weather, Slow Vibes The sun was golden, the breeze gentle. If I ever return, I’d love to stay a week—just to sit on a park bench under the shade of a tree, reading a book, occasionally glancing up to soak in the sea views. Pure bliss. 🛳️ Back to the Ship Early We returned to the Costa Smeralda in the afternoon, enjoyed two hearty meals (because why not?), and caught an incredible acrobatic show 🤹‍♂️. The only regret?
