I never expected to have the best steak of my life at a French restaurant! 🍖 1️⃣ Tomahawk Steak : We ordered it medium-rare, and it was perfection! The meat was incredibly tender, and the marbling was rich and flavorful. Lately, I've been really into fatty cuts, and the fat on this steak was just heavenly. The way the fat melted in my mouth with each bite was pure bliss. Meat lovers, rejoice! 🥩 2️⃣ Grenoble-Style Fish Wings : Hmm, I wouldn't really recommend this one. It didn't have much flavor. The fishiness wasn't overpowering, but it just didn't leave much of an impression. 🐟 3️⃣ Raw Beef Tartare with Oysters 🦪 : This appetizer was a delightful surprise! The combination of raw beef and oysters was perfectly balanced, and it went wonderfully with freshly baked baguette slices. The butter 🧈 at this place was incredibly aromatic. We finished it and even asked for more, haha! (It wasn't free, but the waiter was very kind and didn't charge us extra. It was truly delicious!) The ambiance of this restaurant is fantastic. There's a pianist who plays live music, and it feels like a local favorite.
