Pokhara's Taiwanese Eatery ✨

Today we ate at the Taiwanese Eatery! The business is already super popular! πŸŽ‰ It feels like you almost can't get a table without a reservation! πŸ˜… The owners are a super chill Taiwanese couple πŸ‘«. They have two sons and two daughters πŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘©β€πŸ‘§β€πŸ‘¦ and are usually very busy. They only open from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday. ⏰ Closed on Saturdays and Sundays! 🚫 But the business is surprisingly good! 🀯 We arrived around 6:10 PM, and by 6:30 PM, many people had come, some even taking taxis specially! πŸš•πŸ’¨ There are only about four or five tables in the shop. πŸͺ‘ The wife sometimes teaches Chinese part-time at a school 🏫✏️. The sons and daughters help serve customers πŸ‘¦πŸ‘§πŸ’β€β™€οΈ. Sometimes they're even doing their Nepali homework nearby! πŸ“šβœοΈ The flavors are light and clean πŸƒβœ¨. The prices are also very fair πŸ’°πŸ‘. I loved those little radishes shaped like little flowers πŸ₯•πŸŒΈ! And the blanched spinach and luffa πŸ₯¬πŸ₯’ were great too. Next time I come to Nepal, I'll definitely bring my own small pot – it would be so blissful! πŸ³πŸ˜πŸ’ Vegetables here are very cheap! πŸ’ΈπŸ₯¬ In the midst of a curry kingdom πŸ›πŸ‘‘, this place is truly delicious AND healthy! πŸ’―πŸŒΏβœ¨ #Pokhara #PokharaFood #HiddenGem #TaiwaneseFood #FamilyBusiness
