Pokhara's Taiwanese Eatery β¨
Today we ate at the Taiwanese Eatery! The business is already super popular! π It feels like you almost can't get a table without a reservation! π The owners are a super chill Taiwanese couple π«. They have two sons and two daughters π¨βπ©βπ§βπ¦ and are usually very busy. They only open from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday. β° Closed on Saturdays and Sundays! π« But the business is surprisingly good! π€― We arrived around 6:10 PM, and by 6:30 PM, many people had come, some even taking taxis specially! ππ¨ There are only about four or five tables in the shop. πͺ The wife sometimes teaches Chinese part-time at a school π«βοΈ. The sons and daughters help serve customers π¦π§πββοΈ. Sometimes they're even doing their Nepali homework nearby! πβοΈ The flavors are light and clean πβ¨. The prices are also very fair π°π. I loved those little radishes shaped like little flowers π₯πΈ! And the blanched spinach and luffa π₯¬π₯ were great too. Next time I come to Nepal, I'll definitely bring my own small pot β it would be so blissful! π³ππ Vegetables here are very cheap! πΈπ₯¬ In the midst of a curry kingdom ππ, this place is truly delicious AND healthy! π―πΏβ¨ #Pokhara #PokharaFood #HiddenGem #TaiwaneseFood #FamilyBusiness
