Who wouldâve thought that the most authentic Chinese meal weâve had abroadâeven better than a home-cooked feastâwas whipped up by a Nepali chef? It sounds crazy, but itâs true! 𤯠The prices are lovely too. Four of us ordered three meat dishes and one vegetable, totaling 2,500 rupeesâabout 30 RMB per person! đ¸ The restaurant is small, but you can hear the chef stir-frying fresh ingredients right away. Every dish comes out steaming hot, with that perfect "wok hei" (charred aroma from high heat) â absolute perfection! đĽ Highly recommend it. We ate here yesterday and had no stomach issues today. Itâs relatively clean (or maybe weâve just adapted to local food by now đ ). If youâre craving Chinese food in Pokhara, this place is a must-try!
