Pokhara Free Travel Guide | How to Enjoy Pokhara Without Hiking

Nepal's Pokhara, with its rich culture and numerous snow-capped mountains and lakes, is a haven for hikers worldwide. However, there are other ways to enjoy Pokhara besides hiking. 📍 Itinerary DAY1️⃣: Sarangkot for sunrise (Sarangkot View Tower) - World Peace Pagoda - Old City of Pokhara - Ganges Aarti at Barahi Ghat DAY2️⃣: Paragliding - Boating on Phewa Lake - Sunset at Damside 🌟 Attraction Details 1️⃣ Sarangkot Sunrise Platform: There are several viewing platforms on the mountain, and it's recommended to take a taxi to Sarangkot View Tower, which is the highest point. Next to it is the cable car station for descending the mountain. (If you visit other viewing platforms, it's hard to get a taxi back, so it's best to ask the driver to wait for you.) 2️⃣ Boating on Phewa Lake: The fastest and most enjoyable way to get to the other side. You can choose to go 2-3 hours before sunset when the light is softer. 3️⃣ Paragliding: As one of the top three paragliding bases in the world, Pokhara offers an experience not to be missed. You can inquire with several travel agencies; I booked one for 4000 local currency (over 200 RMB), including pick-up, drop-off, and photography. (The best time for paragliding is around 9 am when there's less fog and the light is good.) #trip diary#travel guide#Phewa Lake#Nepal #NepalTravel #Travel #TravelTips #Pokhara#life story# Free Travel# Paragliding#Nepal life
