Porto, Portugal 🇵🇹 | A Perfect Citywalk Day
Backstory: Took an overnight bus from Madrid to Porto (23:30–6:30). Stops included a 10-min bathroom break. 🚌 🌟 Day Highlights 1️⃣ Checked into our hotel (with luggage storage) and hunted for breakfast. McDonald’s Imperial: Only one sad burger option at that hour—hard pass. DO NORTE CAFÉ : Huge portions! Tip: 2 brunch plates for 3 people is plenty. 2️⃣ Church of São Francisco ⛪️ €11 entry—not worth it. The "dark art" section was closed, and photos forbidden. Skip & explore outside instead. 3️⃣ Taylor’s Port Winery 🍷 €25 tasting: 3 Port wines . We didn’t finish them—but prices are cheaper than China! 4️⃣ Seafood Rice Lunch 🥘 A bit pricey but SO good—we cleaned the plate! 5️⃣ Sunset Hike 🌄 Climbed hills for that iconic Porto sunset 6️⃣ Last-Meal Roast Chicken 🍗 A hilarious "all-fries feast" —even the waiter laughed with us! Portuguese staff are warm and speak basic English. #PortoDiaries #PortugalTravel #Citywalk #FoodieFinds
