Porto Museum Visit
Wine Museum Exploration Until My Legs Gave Out Porto is famous for its Port wine, of course. 🍷 The ancient Douro River splits the city in two; on one side is the old town, and on the other side, we took a ferry to Vila Nova de Gaia. This place is a paradise for wine lovers, with numerous wine cellars, most of which were built in the 18th century, each with its unique history and winemaking techniques. 🚣♂️🌉 We chose WoW - World of Wine, which houses 7 museums and 11 restaurants; there’s a Wine Museum, a Pink Wine Museum, a Chocolate Museum, and so on. 🍾🍫 I loved how the Wine Museum had a painting for each grape variety, vividly interpreting their essence. It was instantly understandable and quite fun. Plus, these paintings are numbered and can only be purchased at the museum’s gift shop. 🎨🛍️ There were also fun quizzes. As expected, my bubble personality test results were spot on; I’m a champagne bubbles kind of gal. Let’s have a drink at the museum’s terrace restaurant. 🥂 If you have good legs, a €20 ticket will let you explore for an entire day. 🏃♀️💨 #ArtGlowProject #TrendyVlogger #MustVisitMuseums #WeekendGetaways #OffTheBeatenPathTravel #PortugalTravel #Porto #Wine #MuseumVisit
