🔹 Bread before the meal 🥖 Eaten with green pepper tuna puree - the vegetable’s freshness mixed with the oily aroma of tuna fills the entire mouth. The bread is so chewy! It’s quite a little surprise! 🔹 Seafood Soup Rice 🦐 Most Portuguese seafood rice is soup rice! The rice is soft, full of umami, with a subtle sweetness and sourness from the seafood! The seafood quality is excellent, with large pieces and good meat quality! Lots of small shells, lots of big, plump shrimp! It’s really delicious! The portion is very generous! 🔹 Octopus 🐙 The charcoal grilled flavor is intense, not fishy at all, with a sauce-like aroma. The green pepper is very soft and collapses, and the oily aroma with the garlic-infused taste pairs super well with the octopus! Very tender and juicy! 🔹 Tomato Fish Soup 🍅 The tomato flavor is very rich, with a lot of minced fish meat. It’s on the sour side, and the classic touch is the layer of chopped coriander on top! It elevates the whole soup. 🔹 Fried Little Fish 🐟 The skin is crispy, with the taste of the sea but not fishy, very fragrant! The bones are fried through! It’s a bit salty, but the meat is tender and juicy! Just make sure to remove the innards, as they can be bitter! Heads up, everyone! Average cost is 40€!
