Prime Steakhouse at Bellagio, Las Vegas 🥩✨

I highly recommend Prime Steakhouse inside the Bellagio! I was originally just strolling around the hotel when I noticed a spot with a gorgeous view. As I got closer, I saw an elevator dedicated just for Prime Steakhouse and thought, “Hey, why not give it a try?” Luckily, they had a 4:45 PM opening, so I booked it right away! 🕟 The atmosphere inside is fantastic—dim lighting, perfect for business dinners, dates, anniversaries, or just catching up with friends. 🕯️💬 We ordered two cocktails, and both were delicious! 🍸 For starters, we got the beef carpaccio. It was amazing—thin slices of fresh raw beef with a hint of sesame sauce, mushrooms, and cheese. Light, refreshing, and paired perfectly with our drinks. Oysters on the half shell were another favorite—so fresh and juicy! Served with three different toppings, they were incredibly appetizing. 🦪 For the main, we chose the dry-aged bone-in ribeye. Highly recommend this one! It’s 18 oz, so sharing between two people is ideal. We ordered it medium rare—incredibly tender and full of flavor. 🥩💯 For sides, we picked two: • Truffled mashed potatoes—the truffle flavor melted perfectly into the potatoes. So good! • Tender broccoli—it was alright, but having some greens balanced the meal nicely. 🥦 Dessert was a peanut butter chocolate cake (I forgot the exact name). Very nutty, very rich, and the portion was huge! Tasty, but we couldn’t finish it. 🍫🥜 Overall, a fantastic experience! Expect around 200–300 per person. Have you been to Prime Steakhouse?
