🍴 Provenance in Philly | Korean-French Fusion Fine Dining

Philadelphia is finally getting its well-deserved spot on the Michelin map this year, and I’d bet $100 that Provenance is making the list! 💯✨ 💰 Price: $225 per person (before tax & tips) We ordered 3 glasses of rosé and 1 cocktail — our total came out to $653 for two. 🍽️ The Meal: 11 courses, and we left beyond full — haven’t had a fine dining portion this generous in a while 😮💨 Almost no major misses across the menu. Korean-French fusion isn’t a new concept, but as someone who deeply appreciates classic French and Japanese-French cuisine — and generally dislikes Korean food (no offense, but I just don’t vibe with most of it 😅) — I was skeptical. I especially can’t stand kimchi and anything too sweet-and-sour. That said, Provenance still carries a strong French foundation, and the Korean elements are woven in thoughtfully (though yes, I still don’t like kimchi 🙈). The balance is elegant and intentional. Taste is subjective, and I’m pretty picky — I’ve left some hyped-up Michelin-starred spots in NYC seriously disappointed (yeah, I’m looking at you, trendy Korean-starred places 🧐…) — but Provenance delivers a polished experience from ambiance to flavor pairing. Well worth a visit! 👍🏻 🛎️ Recommended For: Special occasions • Date nights • Fusion cuisine lovers 🌆 Vibe: Intimate • Upscale • Cozy-chic #PhillyEats #FineDining #KoreanFrenchFusion #MichelinWorthy #PhillyFoodie #DateNightSpot #ProvenancePhilly #FoodReview
