Puebla-Cholula 3-Day Itinerary
✅What started as a quick stop turned into a delightful 3-day stay! Reached by 2-hour bus from Mexico City's eastern terminal, Puebla charmed us with: Clean streets & fresher air than CDMX. 💥Safe vibe (hardly saw any police). Open-door church policy (walk in anytime!) 🍔 Must-Eat: Cemita Poblana Puebla's iconic sandwich:Sesame bun + bread base. Stuffed with ham, Oaxaca cheese, avocado, grilled meat Served with free pickled veggies (peppers, onions, carrots, cauliflower). 📍 Best at: Mercado del Carmen's Cemitas Las Poblanitas (follow the locals' queue) 🏛️ Top Museums 💫 Museo Regional de la Revolución. Where Mexico's Revolution began—bullet holes still visible! 🥙 Museo Amparo. Housed in a 16th-century building with a rooftop garden café (pricey but worthy coffee) ⛰️ Day Trip to Cholula: 10-peso bus ride to see:The world's largest pyramid base (topped by a church). Distant views of Popocatépetl volcano (milder than expected) #PueblaTravel #FoodieFinds #MexicoMuseums
