Puff Pastry in New York π« | Bibble & Sip
I love the matcha, earl grey, and sesame puffs π When I was in China, I always loved eating Xishu Puffs. π’πThe combination that I never get tired of is cocoa crust + matcha filling. After coming to the US, I haven't eaten many puffs because I was afraid of trying something bad and too sweet. This Bibble & Sip next to Times Square is just right for my taste. π΄ Bibble & Sip π 253 W 51st St, New York, NY 10019 The puffs are super big. The crust is crispy and not soft. The cream in the middle is very full. It's so satisfying to take a bite. π’π The sweetness is just right for me. I don't feel sick after eating a whole one. In terms of flavor, the matcha and earl grey are more refreshing. They are sweet with a tea fragrance, which is very good. The black sesame is relatively richer. You can taste the sesame aroma. It's quite solid, and the cream feels thicker. π’π This is the style I like. If you like Xishu Puffs in China, you will probably like this place. #PuffPastry #FoodGuide #NewYork #NewYorkDessert ππ
