Puy du Fou - France's Premier Theme Park ✌️

If Puy du Fou is considered France's number one theme park, there shouldn't be any argument, right? It's always been on my bucket list, and finally, the dream has come true! From the sets and props to the actors, everything is impeccable. The actors are very dedicated, and several spectacles moved me to tears 🥲, they are truly touching. ✨ I recommend spending two days there and purchasing the Grand Emotion (fast pass). This pass not only skips the queues but also secures the best seats, which is essential. If you plan to visit for only one day, this fast pass is a must-buy; otherwise, you won't be able to see all the shows. ✨ Download the official app in advance, as it displays the schedule for all the shows. I suggest planning which shows you want to see and then head straight to the park. ⚠️ Many shows require you to line up 30 minutes in advance, and once full, no more entries are allowed, and it will display 'accès terminé' (which is why I recommend buying the fast pass—it saves a lot of time). ✨ They have seven signature performances. Once in the park, grab a paper guide map (which includes not only the map but also a schedule of all shows) and plan your time according to your preferences. My personal favorites are Le Signe de Triomphe, Le Secret de la Lance, and Le Mime et l’Étoile. Le Signe de Triomphe is an open-air theater that is quite stunning, and the actors are very good at engaging the audience, creating a full atmosphere! Le Mime et l’Étoile was voted the 'Best Show in the World' at Hollywood 2024, a beautiful and heart-wrenching story 🥹. ✨ After scheduling the seven must-see shows, there are other great performances that are mostly 20 to 30 minutes long and can be arranged between the must-see shows. Since these shows are broadcast continuously without stops within a certain period, if time permits, I recommend watching all of them! ✨ La Noce de Feu (a grand water and fireworks display) is incredibly beautiful! Can you imagine a princess in a gorgeous, pearlescent wedding dress gracefully playing the violin on the lake? 😳 But it's very crowded, mostly families, and you have to arrive early to get a good spot, which is why the 28 euro Grand Emotion is worth it! This is the only show where photography and videography are not allowed. ✨ Regarding dining and accommodation, I don't think it's necessary to book a park restaurant for dining. To save time, there are many fast food options in the park, such as sandwiches that you can eat while waiting in line. Of course, if you have ample time, you can book a restaurant in advance (be sure to book on the official website or you won't get a seat). For accommodation, there are themed hotels within the park or options around it, all within a half-hour drive from the park. Puy du Fou is definitely the most astonishing and worthwhile theme park I've ever visited. I recommend everyone experience it when they have the time, and I hope to revisit someday. #PuyduFou #ParisPuyduFou #FranceParis #ParisAttractions
