🎢When we arrived at Danbo Nuamu one evening, there was already a long line of people waiting outside. I almost decided to give up and come back another time. But just as I was about to leave, I saw a sudden influx of people entering the store. I immediately rushed over and joined the queue. 🏃‍♀️💨 🍃 I’m so glad I did! This place did not disappoint. In fact, it exceeded my expectations. The ramen here is hands down the best I’ve had in a long time. 🍜 The broth is a perfect blend of rich Japanese flavors with a spicy kick. It’s one of the few times I’ve tasted ramen in the US that actually has a noticeable and enjoyable spiciness. The spicy sauce is not only hot but also incredibly fragrant, adding a unique depth to the dish. 🌶️ 🌊 The noodles are cooked to perfection—soft yet still with a bit of chewiness, making them incredibly satisfying to eat.
