We were craving ramen for dinner and happened to be in the neighborhood. When we saw the long line stretching outside the door, we knew this place had to be something special β and we were absolutely right! ππ The queue moved surprisingly fast, and we were seated in no time, greeted by the rich, savory aroma of simmering broths and sizzling toppings. ππ The ramen was nothing short of spectacular β a perfect bowl of comfort and flavor! My bowl featured a creamy, deeply flavorful tonkotsu broth that was clearly simmered for hours, paired with firm, springy noodles and melt-in-your-mouth chashu pork. π₯π My companion tried the miso ramen, which offered a robust, umami-packed broth that warmed the soul.
