🌟 Ramen in Midtown Manhattan 🌟
1⃣️ Octopus Balls🌟 I've been craving these! Reminiscent of the octopus balls from street vendors back home, full of memories. They were pretty good—large chunks of octopus that really satisfied the taste buds. 🦑 🍃2⃣️ Fried Calamari The portion was small but very Japanese-style. It seemed marinated, with a spicy kick. The texture was layered and overall quite nice! However, if I had to recommend calamari, I'd still go with Funo's Italian version—the octopus is tenderer and the sauce is more unique. 🦑 🌟 3⃣️ Spicy Ramen This is definitely my favorite! I always thought ramen could be a bit greasy—something you crave but then need to resist for a while after eating. But I still love it! If you feel the same, you must try the spicy ramen. It's not overly spicy but perfectly cuts through the richness. Highly recommended!! The noodles are great too. 🍜 🍃 4⃣️ Signature Ramen I found this one quite rich, but the noodles were a bit plain and slightly greasy. Still good, but I'd recommend the spicy ramen over this one. 🍜 Wallet feeling a bit flat: $30+ 🌟 #NewYork 🌇🌿
