Rebecca Khaja Ghar

All the following restaurants are in Pokhara 🆕 Rebecca Khaja Ghar: (Check out picture 2 📸) Their fried dumplings are just like shengjianbao (pan-fried pork buns)! Bite into one and whoosh – the juice oozes out 😋! They’re not as big as Xiao Yang Sheng Jian, and the filling isn’t overflowing with soup, but hey, they’re already super tasty 😊! The prices are super cheap and budget-friendly 💰 too. Other bloggers say their set meals are pretty great, so those are probably worth a try too 👍! Lhasa Tibetan Restaurant: (Check out picture 3 📸) The beef noodles here are amazing 🍜! The chili sauce is that classic Chinese-style fried chili oil 🌶️, and the mashed potato sauce is pretty good too. I also ordered a bun but forgot to take a photo 😅. Fun fact: small momos are dumplings, and big momos are buns – both are so delicious 😋! The beef noodles are around 170 (can’t remember the exact price) – super cheap 🤑, and a big momo is only 40 🥟! Himalayan Dorjee Restaurant: (Check out picture 4 📸) Tucked away on a quaint alley in Pokhara, Himalayan Dorjee Restaurant is a hidden gem that transports you straight to the heart of Tibet with its authentic cuisine and warm ambiance. As soon as you step inside, the aroma of spices and freshly cooked noodles fills the air, making your taste buds tingle with anticipation. This Tibetan culinary haven is a must-visit for foodies, and trust me, it’s so tasty that I can’t recommend it enough 🌟! During my visit, I decided to try their signature beef noodle slices. The moment the dish arrived at my table, I was captivated by its presentation. The tender beef slices, nestled on a bed of perfectly cooked noodles, were generously topped with fresh herbs and a drizzle of tantalizing chili oil. One bite, and I was in flavor paradise! The beef was incredibly juicy and seasoned to perfection, while the noodles had just the right amount of chewiness. But what truly stole the show was the chili oil – that classic Chinese-style one 🌶️, with a perfect balance of heat and umami that added an extra layer of depth to the dish. It was a symphony of flavors that danced on my palate, leaving me craving for more. What’s even better is that this culinary delight comes at an incredibly reasonable price. For just 220 NPR 📊, you can indulge in a bowl of pure bliss that will satisfy your hunger and leave you with a smile on your face. Whether you’re a fan of Tibetan cuisine or simply looking to try something new, Himalayan Dorjee Restaurant is definitely worth a try. Don’t miss out on this culinary adventure – your taste buds will thank you! Laxmi Khaja & Chat House: (Check out picture 5 📸) It’s a newly opened spot, so I went to give it a try – and found their fried noodles are pretty good 🍝! The portions are generous, the value for money is high, and they’re really tasty. The sauce has a local twist 🌍, and the price is 150 🤑. #Pokhara
