Restaurant YUU - No Misses! 🌟

It seems like they’re slowly transitioning to an autumn menu. 🍂 The appetizers were super refreshing. There was this little sphere that looked like a yolk but tasted like corn—delicious! 🍳 I only found out about the frog dish when I got there, so I asked the waiter to switch it to chicken for me. 🐸 The wagyu with toasted bread was incredibly fragrant! 🍖 The squid and caviar were amazing—soft and tender. 🦑 As someone who doesn’t usually like sweets, I was most impressed with the desserts. The melon cream soda was so refreshing, and the truffle soufflé was rich and warm without being too sweet. 🍧 They offer two add-on options: a $50 caviar course with a generous amount—it’s a separate course and much more cost-effective than CTFB. I think it’s definitely worth adding. There’s also an option to add $30 truffle to the duck Wellington, but I felt it wasn’t as aromatic and a bit redundant. 🍄 Overall, the ambiance is great—spacious and not too noisy. They even had a small opening ceremony. 🎉 The average cost per person was $323, including tips and tax but excluding add-ons. 💰 #NewYorkFood #NYCExploration #FrenchJapaneseFusion 🌆🌟
