Restruant recommendation in San Jose-- The Skewer Bar
π The Skewer Bar, San Jose π’The newly opened Northeastern barbecue restaurant can rank in my top 3 favorites. The mixed cauliflower and stir-fried chicken are both side dishes that I really love. π Ice Crispy Pot π Finally, an improved version of the sweet and sour pork dish from New Five Loaves and Two Fish that meets my expectations. The crust is crispy, and the tenderloin meat is thick. However, it's too sweet for my taste, and the crust separates a bit from the meat. π Seafood Aircraft Carrier $68 A must-order for larger groups, featuring crab, crayfish, clams, and scallops in a spicy flavor profile. π Grilled Skewers Northeastern-style barbecue skewers, with crispy roasted fatty intestines, mutton skewers with a mix of fat and lean, and pure lean beef skewers that are especially fragrant. π Korean Cold Noodles A light and clear broth with white buckwheat cold noodles, the sweet and sour taste is very subtle. The taste of the cold noodles varies from place to place; I prefer the spicy version at Liu's Copper Gongs. 3082 Landess Ave, San Jose, Ca 95132 #The Skewer Bar#San Jose#restruant recommendation #food diary
