Based on flavor, portion size, service, and ambiance—I’m giving it a full 5 stars! 🌟 Every dish beautifully integrated truffle into the ingredients. The aroma wasn’t just present when the plate arrived—it lingered through every bite, all the way to the last swallow. 😋🍄 The starter, Crab and Truffle Chawanmushi, featured a rich and silky egg custard. The crab and artichoke were finely chopped and tucked inside the steamed egg—each spoonful was fresh, satisfying, and far more generous than your typical small Japanese tea cup. A bowl of steady happiness! 😁 The Duck Ragu Pasta was a win—I’m pretty sure the noodles are housemade. I love irregularly shaped, chewy pasta that holds the sauce and clings to the meat… and this was exactly that! 🍝🦆 The 9+ Wagyu Brisket~~ I can’t even remember the last time I had beef this tender, flavorful, and perfectly marbled without being overly fatty.
