Just spotted this new noodle spot in Richmond and raced over for lunch – no reservations, so be prepared to queue! Even at 1pm, there were still 4-5 groups ahead of us... but trust me, it’s worth the wait. 🍜 Why We Loved It ✔️ BiangBiang Oil-Splashed Noodles Wok hei magic – chewy, wide ribbons coated in chili-infused oil and garlic. My husband (a noodle snob from Central China) approved! ✔️ Price-to-Portion Ratio 💸 $17/person (after tax & tip) for a family of four – and we couldn’t even finish it all!
