The entrance of the Tomahawk Steak instantly elevated the atmosphere. The portion was truly "massive"! 🍖 The enormous ribeye with its rugged bone handle was grilled to a perfect char outside and tender inside, revealing a beautiful pink cross-section when cut, bursting with juices. Taking a big bite of the charcoal-kissed beef brought a primal satisfaction—a joy no meat lover could resist. This bold choice was perfect for marking a special occasion. 🍞 The Stunning Starter: Soul-Stirring Bone Marrow with Toast If the steak was the expected satisfaction, then the Bone Marrow with Toast was the unexpected marvel. The roasted bone marrow, glistening and unctuous, yielded its rich, (smoky) fat with a gentle scrape of the spoon—a taste of pure indulgence. But the true soulmate was the plain toasted bread 🥖. Far from a sidekick, it was fragrant with wheat, crispy on the outside and chewy inside, delicious on its own.
