A squeeze of lemon, then slide it down—pure bliss! Come early though—they often sell out! 🍤 Food Experience: 🦐 Seafood Cake Golden crispy outside, filled with mixed seafood bits—you can taste shrimp and fish. A tad oily, but balanced with the house dipping sauce, which has a tangy kick that cuts through the richness～ 👍 🥖 Bone Marrow Bread (Not Recommended) This dish was a bit disappointing… The bone marrow portion was small, spread on bread it lacked aroma, and overall texture was dry. Not great value—better save room for other signatures! 🙅‍♀️ 🍹 Non-Alcoholic Cocktail: Passionfruit Cocktail This passionfruit special was truly impressive! 🍍 Perfectly sweet and tart, bubbly, with subtle herbal notes—layered and refreshing～ Great for those who want the cocktail vibe without the alcohol! 💖 Grateful Moment: Once again, my lovely friend treated me—chatting, drinking, eating oysters together, so warm and happy～ 👭 Sincerely wishing my sister riches and everyday joy, and many more food adventures together in Rochester! 💰❤️ Overall, The Vesper is a refined and stylish little spot, ideal for those who prefer a quiet atmosphere and quality ingredients.
