PLAN B - Mount Rokko Ascent: If the cable car is out of service, you'll need to switch to Route 16 bus 🚌 + mountain train 🚞 + bus for the journey. 🌟 Tip: If you're traveling with kids, it's more reasonable to ascend via Mount Maya and descend via Mount Rokko.
