Rolled Through the Menu of New York's Michelin Restaurant Marea 🌟
🍓Recently, I came to New York from Connecticut to change my mood, and since my friend is a chef at Marea, I had the honor of tasting the entire menu (totally unexpected, haha). 🌟Marea is a Michelin two-star restaurant famous for its seafood and pasta, but after opening a branch in Dubai, it became a one-star Michelin restaurant. During the pandemic, they had a beautiful green wall and decorations outside, which made it a bit of a mini-trendy spot. 🌿 🍓The lobster burrata (my favorite cheese) and octopus in the appetizers were really delicious. The strawberry cocktail is highly recommended for girls who like strawberries and sweet wine. 🌟In my personal opinion, the sea urchin pasta is better than the famous beef marrow pasta at Marea. Among the desserts, the raspberry sorbet comes with a very special base, which was a pleasant surprise. I also really enjoyed the Italian dessert in the last picture (I forgot the name). 🍓 🍓The overall ambiance of the restaurant still feels very classic Michelin.
