Rooftop Restaurant in Orlando with Disney Castle Fireworks View 🍽️🎆

Located on the top floor of the Conrad Orlando Hotel, this spot offers Mexican fusion cuisine with a breathtaking view of Disney’s Cinderella Castle! Sitting by the window in the evening lets you watch the fireworks light up the sky ✨ We decided to try it simply because it was so convenient in our hotel—my friend enjoyed it ⭐️, but I thought it was just okay. 🍸 Drinks Sombre Y Sol – Coconut oil-washed cocktail with lychee & mint, very refreshing 🌿 Higo de Oro – The best drink of the night! Light and fresh, topped with a decorative fig leaf 🍃 Paloma A La Brasa – Smoky Paloma with dried citrus, giving strong South American vibes 🍊 Quatro Leches – A four-milk cocktail… too sweet! Tasted like a creamy Baileys – sip with caution 🥛 🌮 Food Flautas De Pato – Duck breast rolled in crispy taco shells, creative but too salty for me, and the duck flavor was subtle Arrachera – Braised beef brisket, tender and flavorful, though the sauce was again on the salty side. The corn salsa served alongside was delicious though! 🌽 🍮 Desserts Maiz – Came for the corn-themed dessert, but it contained almonds (I’m allergic 😭). My friend said it tasted more of almond than corn. Dulce de Leche – Three-milk hazelnut chocolate cake – another no for me. Friend said it wasn’t great. A complimentary pyramid-shaped chocolate mousse cake (a sweet gesture for my nut allergy!). Tasty, though unsure what it was called 🍫 🌟 Overall: Not the best value – dishes tended to be over-salted (maybe an off night for the kitchen?). The creativity and presentation were nice, and the restaurant itself is beautiful. Worth visiting if you’re staying at the hotel or want a pretty dining experience, but I wouldn’t make a special trip just for it. #OrlandoGuide #OrlandoRestaurants #OrlandoDining #OrlandoFoodie #OrlandoTravel #WhatIEatinOrlando #DisneyViews #RooftopDining
