We almost don’t want to share this—it feels like we stumbled upon a well-kept secret. But the people here are so genuinely warm and welcoming, they truly deserve the spotlight.✨ From the moment we arrived, Charles (Front Office Manager) and Sean (Assistant Manager) made us feel right at home. They ensured our room was perfectly suited to us and even arranged a late checkout as IHG® loyalty members. Our suite was spacious, bright, and offered stunning views from two sides, complete with a microwave and mini-fridge. The soaker tub in the bathroom was a delightful surprise, especially when paired with the cozy Frette robes and luxurious bath amenities. We even “adopted” a snake plant named "Green Simmons"—a fun and quirky touch that made us smile! 🌱😄 Housekeeping thoughtfully tidied our sofa bed while we were out, and Sarah at the front desk seemed to anticipate our needs before we even asked. Myles brought so much life to our happy hour, sharing stories and insights about the wines he poured. ☀️🍷 When the sun was out, the rooftop pool became the perfect spot for a relaxing afternoon escape.✨ The Kimpton Aertson is thoughtful in its design and heartfelt in its service.
