š¦š¦ Rotterdam Seafood Restaurant Review ā Canalside Little Seafood š
A seafood spot that only opens when the summer temperature soars above 20 degrees. You can dine comfortably in the sheds on the artificial "beach" by the canal. The main body of the restaurant is a mid-century hotel. In winter, the restaurant is actually open, serving steaks and Dutch dishes, which are not very interesting. It's only in the summer that a Spanish team comes in to launch an outdoor seafood restaurant. The menu changes frequently, with fresh ingredients, a strong atmosphere, and well-seasoned flavors! š„ Grilled Razor Clams, order them like crazy, they are very fresh, salty with a hint of sweetness, the clam meat is crispy and chewy, seasoned with garlic and a touch of parsley. āāāāā š¤ Crispy Fried Small Fish with a coating, squeeze lemon juice on top, tangy and salty without being greasy, almost every fish has roe, and although it looks like a small box, it's actually quite filling. āāāāā š Small Clams, each type of shellfish has a different seasoning, and this one is delicious too. āāāā š„ Spanish Chili Fried Potatoes, rather average, the chili sauce is not spicy, more like mayonnaise. ā š Eggplant Salad, also average, the seasoning is too light. āā š„ Homemade Bread, with olive bits inside, soft and warm, delicious with its sauce and other soups. āāāā Attached is the menu of the day for your reference. #Rotterdam #RotterdamFood #RotterdamExploration #HiddenGemRestaurants #Seafood #SpanishCuisine #FoodieAdventure #BabyFood #HaoHaoRestaurantReview
