Royal Korean Cuisine Tasting❤️ $125 for 10 Courses

I heard that a royal Korean restaurant opened in New York, and the chef used to work at the Michelin-starred restaurant Aquavit, so I came with high expectations to check it out~I have to say the value for money is really high! The $125 tasting menu includes 10 courses, and the chef even gave us two extra dishes~Lobster, sea urchin, caviar, abalone, everything is there, and the desserts are also very special and delicious, definitely worth a visit! ❤️ Pickled Tomato: A complimentary dish of pickled tomatoes and figs, sweet and sour and appetizing. ❤️ Sool Bang: Magretli with Hokkaido sea urchin, paired with fig jam~This dish was also a gift, and I really liked it! ❤️ Mul Hwe: Yellowtail sashimi, the quality of the fish is very good. ❤️ Abalone: Grilled Jeju abalone with caviar, the texture of the abalone is great. ❤️ Sinseollo: The restaurant's signature Korean hotpot, very exquisite. ❤️ Lobster: Grilled lobster tail with lobster roe and foie gras, and lobster consommé, the lobster roe and foie gras are very creamy and match well with the lobster tail. ❤️ For the main course, I chose the seven-day dry-aged Long Island duck breast and deep-sea halibut, both are good~The crispy skin of the duck breast is really fragrant! ❤️ Sotbap: Korean home-style iron pot rice, the ingredients are quite rich, with maitake mushrooms, pumpkin, sweet potato, kelp, and more. #GoodTasteInSmallTowns #NewYorkFood #NewYorkLife #NewYorkFoodGuide #NewYorkFoodExploration #ManhattanFoodNYC #NewYorkKoreanFood #NewYorkBBQ #KoreanBBQInNewYork #KoreanRestaurantsInNewYork
