Ryuichi Sakamoto Exhibition / Museum of Contemporary Art Tokyo (1)๐ŸŽถโœจ

๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŽจIt was such a lucky coincidence! I happened to be in Tokyo for a few days, and a friend told me that there was a Ryuichi Sakamoto exhibition titled "Seeing Sound, Hearing Time" at the Museum of Contemporary Art Tokyo, which was ending at the end of March. ๐ŸŒธ๐ŸƒMy friend and I decided to go together. We bought our tickets in advance from the official website. The museum opens at 10 a.m., and we arrived at 9:45. As you can see in photo 2, we were able to enter around 10 a.m. ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŽจ If you buy tickets on-site, you'll need to wait in a separate line, but since we already had our tickets, we could go straight in and save some time. ๐ŸŒธ๐ŸƒThe exhibition is divided into 12 sections, and before each section, they'll let you know if photography is allowed. (The following are just my personal opinions, from an ordinary person's perspective, haha!) ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŽจ Part 1: A large screen by Taro Takemi. I felt a bit oppressed watching it, maybe I didn't understand the meaning behind it... ๐ŸŒธ๐ŸƒPart 2: The earthquake piano with special effects was quite impressive. It's worth listening to the performance with a calm mind. Part 3: Another large screen by Taro Takemi. I can't really remember it clearly, and I didn't watch it for long... ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŽจ It was too profound; maybe my appreciation skills are limited. #TokyoCheckIn ๐ŸŒ‡
