Salad and Bread Buffet with Fish Soup

😊Today, after a group presentation and discussion, we were starving and decided to check out Restaurant Kajas Fisk, which is said to serve the best fish soup in Stockholm.😊 😊The restaurant is located not far from the Hötorget metro station, in the market area. You go down one floor after entering the building and follow the aroma of fish soup to find it. There was a line even at one o'clock in the afternoon, which shows how popular it is. However, the service was friendly and efficient, so we didn't feel like we were waiting for long.😊 😊The signature dish, of course, is fiskssoppa. After ordering the fish soup, you can take your seat, and the bread and salad are served buffet-style. It's 130kr per person, which is quite a good deal! The taste isn't exactly astonishing, but it's to our liking. It's a simple tomato-based seafood soup with plenty of fish, shrimp, and mussels.
